Total Compensation Valued at $13,648 for the academic year, including:
- Full 房间 Waiver for a single room (valued at $4,548)

- $1,000 completion bonus ($500 paid upon completion of fall semester and $500 paid upon completion of spring semester)

Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum cumulative and semester grade point average (平均绩点) 2.0
- Outside employment must be approved by the Department of 住宅生活 and must not exceed 10 hours a week excluding weekends
- Notify Senior 工作人员 of any extracurricular activities you are involved in
- Uphold a level of personal conduct appropriate to the responsibilities of the job
- Abide by all College and hall policies, as well as state and federal laws
